Fully Automated Extrusion for High-Volume Production: Engineered with advanced twin-screw or single-screw extrusion technology, this system ensures excellent melt consistency and material flow. Each line is equipped with automated feeding, heating, stretching, cooling, embossing, and winding units, controlled via an integrated PLC + HMI interface. This provides real-time process monitoring, flexible parameter adjustment, and automated fault detection, significantly reducing manual intervention and downtime.
The system supports multiple strap widths and thicknesses, and is capable of producing smooth or embossed bands, tailored to meet various packaging needs across industries.
