The Automated PP Strapping Production Line is a high-efficiency extrusion system specifically designed for the continuous production of polypropylene (PP) strapping bands. Operating at a robust output capacity of 150kg/h and powered by a stable 380V industrial voltage, this fully automated line offers a complete turnkey solution for packaging manufacturers requiring high throughput, consistent quality, and energy-efficient performance.
At the heart of this system is a precision-controlled single or twin-screw extruder, optimized for melting and processing PP pellets with excellent thermal stability. The line seamlessly integrates automated feeding, extrusion, filtering, water cooling, stretching, embossing, and coil winding, all managed through a smart PLC system with HMI touchscreen interface. This allows for real-time monitoring, quick parameter adjustments, and improved product consistency.
